IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION transferring $79,276.82 within the 1998 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover funding for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's 1997-1998 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program. Intro RESOLUTION #12327, August 31, 1998 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the funding for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's 1997-1998 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1998 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund: Department/Division Character/Description From To COMBAT Commission DARE Community Crime Prevention $79,276 Sheriff DARE Program Regular Salaries $28,600 F.I.C.A.
