Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Drug Task Force anticipates a need for additional funds for fuel for the remainder of 2022, due to the increased cost of gasoline; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for the purchase of gasoline in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2022 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
