Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 134-95 for the furnishing of microfilm equipment for use by the Department of Records; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest two bids thereon the following:
VENDOR BID
Dynamic Computer Solutions
Kansas City (Jackson County), MO $15,564.00
American Micro
Kansas City (Jackson County), MO $20,288.70
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Dynamic Computer Solutions of Kansas City, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
