Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Social Services has approved the transfer of After School Supervision Education and Treatment ("ASSET") funds for reallocation in the Community Restitution Diversion Program; and,
WHEREAS, said transfer will enable excess ASSET funds to be used by the Community Restitution Diversion Program to cover its additional expenses; and,
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has recommended said transfer and appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer and appropriation within the 2005 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
