WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 General Fund is necessary to cover mainframe programming in order to complete the personal computer network system for the Circuit Court.
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 General Fund:
