Intro RESOLUTION #12331, September 8, 1998 INTRODUCED BY Dixie M. Flynn, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the completion of the radio system upgrade for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund: Department/Division Character/Description From To Sheriff Building and Improvements $36,417 Automobiles $29,040 Radio and Communication Equipment $65,457 Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
