WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2004 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover partial funding for monthly lease payments of the Judge Mason Center from August 2004 through December 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2004 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
