IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the G-p (light industrial-planned development zoning district) established by the Jackson County Zoning Order, in connection with a certain 2.06 acre + tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2481, October 23, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: WHEREAS, by Ordinance 2032, dated September 9, 1991, the Legislature did approve a site development plan for a proposed light-industrial planned development district pursuant to the application of Raymond Williams; and, WHEREAS, Mr. Williams has requested that this site development plan be amended; now therefore, Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended as to the G-p (light industrial-planned development zoning district) so that the land use will allow office space and an equipment storage facility and that the existing fence will remain through the turn of the autobody shop lease and, at the end of the lease, be replaced by a landscape screen, as to a certain tract of land described as follows: A 2.06 + acres that is the north 300 feet of the south 1000 feet of the east 300 feet of the east « of the west « of the NE ¬ of Section 29, Township 48, Range 30. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Raymond Williams (RP-95-002), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Planning Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on September 21, 1995, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
