Body
WHEREAS, Joshua O'Hora has successfully attained his Eagle Rank as a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 25.
WHEREAS, Joshua became a member of the Boy Scouts of America on May 13, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, since that time, he has held several leadership positions including, senior patrol leader, chaplain's aid and patrol leader; and,
WHEREAS, he has received numerous ranks including: Tenderfoot 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, Eagle, Bronze Palm, Gold Palm and Silver Palm; and,
WHEREAS, he was a Foxman (1998), Brave (1999) and a Warrior Swift Strong Spider Monkey, in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say 2000 ; and,
WHEREAS, he has 42 merit badges and received the Honor Scout award in 1997; and,
WHEREAS, he also attended H. Bartle Roe Scout Reservation in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000; and,
WHEREAS, Joshua's proud parent is Rosiland O'Hora of Kansas City, Missouri; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature hereby commends Joshua O'Hora upon successfully attaining numerous awards as a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 25.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
