WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus; therefore,

 

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of twelve(12) police radios and the 1996 Crown Victoria, by way of transfer to the Missouri Safety Center at Central Missouri State University (CMSU).

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
