Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant in the amount of $54,133.83 by the Missouri Department of Public Safety for the period of October 1, 2009, through September 30, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used to provide gender responsive case management and treatment for court involved youth; and,
WHEREAS, the grant does not require local matching funds; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the fund balance of the 2009 Grant Fund:
