WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Bonehill Culvert Replacement, Project No. 2333, to acquire permanent drainage and temporary construction easements over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of certain property owners, Edna Leweke, Ethel Baker, and Janice Leweke-Flandermeyer, in the amount of $1,230.00, said property being more fully described in the conveyance instruments, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said permanent drainage and temporary construction easements, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed these conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $1,230.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $1,230.00 in the names of Edna Leweke, Ethel Baker, and Janice Leweke-Flandermeyer, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, c/o Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
