A RESOLUTION congratulating Pastor Daniel Roberson for his eight years of dedication and service t the Shiloh Institutional Church of God in Christ and to the community.

RESOLUTION #10906, July 17, 1995 INTRODUCED BY James D. Tindall, County Legislator
Body
WHEREAS, Pastor Daniel Roberson is a man of spiritual strength and dedication; and,
WHEREAS, born of a father who was a lifelong pastor and a mother who was a pastor's wife and devot d missionary, Pastor Roberson was brought up in a spiritually sound home, and this early foundatio laid a basis for his commitment to the ministry today; and,
WHEREAS, Pastor Roberson currently pastors at three churches: the Shiloh Institutional Church of od in Christ (8 years), the Greater Shiloh Church of God in Christ (17 years), and the Faith Missi n Church of God in Christ (8 years); and,
WHEREAS, he has served the spiritual needs of all people by serving as District Superintendent of he Corpus Christi #1 District, Chief Adjutant for the Western Missouri Jurisdiction, Assistant Sta e Sunday School Superintendent and Workshop chairperson for the Texas Southwest Jurisdiction, and reviously held the office of State Evangelist in the Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Missou i under the leadership of the late Bishop C. N. Rucker; and,
WHEREAS, Pastor Roberson has a deep commitment to meeting the needs of people and has assisted in eveloping many community out-reach programs such as a food pantry, daycare and preschool, parenti g class to educate parents in child rearing and knowledge of the illegal substances that are bein offered to our children, and a before and after school program that focuses on the whole child, p omoting homework and tutoring to enhance the child's education; and,
WHEREAS, Pastor Roberson is a dedicated husband and father of five daughters; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature congrat lates Pastor Daniel Roberson on his eight years of dedication and service to the ministry and to t e community.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
