WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2000 General Fund is necessary to reclassify the County's Risk Manager position to that of Executive Assistant; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2000 General Fund :
