Body
WHEREAS, there is a need for federal and state required payroll form production and other services to be provided for use by the County; and,
WHEREAS, the services provided under the contract will be the production of W-2 and ACA forms and online statement services, as well as other tax submissions and filings to the federal, state, and local governments; and,
WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any amount, with the availability of funds for specific services remaining subject to annual appropriation, with an estimated annual spending of $23,524.00; and,
WHEREAS, the recommended agreement contains indemnity provisions that require legislative approval; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County the attached Master Services Agreement with ADP, Inc., of Roseland, New Jersey; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to make all payments, including final payment agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
