WHEREAS, Anthony “AO” Oropeza is a distinguished artist and designer, serving as the founder and Chief Creative Artist of AOART5, a Kansas City-based studio he established over 15 years ago; and,
WHEREAS, through AOART5, Anthony has built a strong reputation for delivering masterful artistry and design services, producing a diverse portfolio of creative projects that range from graphic design to fine art, including celebrated sports-inspired works; and,
WHEREAS, over the past decade, AO has solidified his standing as a leading figure in Kansas City’s art scene, blending professional skill with a passion for storytelling through visual design; and,
WHEREAS, his studio reflects a commitment to creativity, collaboration, and high-quality customer service, fostering meaningful relationships within the artistic and business communities; and,
WHEREAS, we commend and honor Anthony Oropeza for his artistic achievements, entrepreneurial spirit, and lasting contributions to the creative culture of Kansas City now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Jackson County Legislature does hereby honor Anthony “AO” Oropeza, an artist and designer.
