Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecutor’s Office is seeking a financial management system which would be designed to automate and streamline the COMBAT outside agency grant application and submission processes; and,
WHEREAS, the acquisition of such software would to improve efficiency and productivity within COMBAT; and,
WHEREAS, such a request will be fulfilled through the competitive bidding process; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the required funds in the appropriate spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2025 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
