Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3420, dated September 22, 2003, the Legislature did authorize the issuance of not to exceed $26,000,000 principal amount of Jackson County Public Building Corporation Leasehold Revenue Bonds (Capital Improvement Project) Series 2003; and,
WHEREAS, this bond issue has been successfully concluded and it is now fitting that a portion of the bond issue's proceeds be appropriated and placed in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2003 Public Building Corporation Capital Projects Fund be and hereby is made:
