Intro ORDINANCE 2877, December 15, 1998 Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows: Legal Description: A 21.5 ñ ACRE TRACT OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED « OF A MILE SOUTH OF BOSWELL ROAD ON THE WEST SIDE OF COUNTY LINE ROAD AND SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED: A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 47, RANGE 29, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 33; THENCE S 2 26'39" W ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 33 FOR 839.63 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE 2 26'39"W FOR 680.27 FEET; THENCE N 87 50'10"W PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 33 FOR 1109.76 FEET; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 370.0 FEET, CENTRAL ANGLE 35 00', FOR 226.02 FEET; THENCE N 52 50'10"W FOR 459.53 FEET; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 50.0 FEET, CENTRAL ANGLE 47 00'51", FOR 41.03 FEET; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 60.0 FEET, CENTRAL ANGLE 274 01'42", FOR 286.96 FEET; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 50.0 FEET, CENTRAL ANGLE 47 00'51", FOR 41.03 FEET; THENCE S 52 50'10"E FOR 47.53 FEET; THENCE N 42 05'06"E FOR 435.81 FEET; THENCE S 87 54'50"E FOR 1354.44 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Osage Highlands LLC (RZ-98-132), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on November 19, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
