Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded an OSCA Domestic Relations Resolution Fund (DRRF) Mediation grant in the amount of $10,000.00 by the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator, for the period of fiscal year 2026; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used for the implementation of domestic relations programs; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2025 Grant Fund:
