WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover certain unanticipated and emergency expenses which have arisen in the Building and General Services Department, as are more fully set forth in the document attached hereto as Exhibit A; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the 1995 General Fund to cover the unanticipated and emergency expenditures in the Building and General Services Department:
