BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within and appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2002 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be made to cover to cover the Gun Control Prosecution grant for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office funded by the the United States Office of Justice Programs and the transfer of matching funds:
