WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 General Fund is necessary to cover the cost of seasonal salar
es for backup workers for the Family Court Division; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following
transfers be made within the 1995 General Fund:
