Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17374, dated September 21, 2010, the Legislature did transfer $40,000 within the 2010 Assessment Fund to cover the cost of reconfiguring office space so as to be able to consolidate County employees from the department's Kansas City office into the Independence office; and,
WHEREAS, due to a miscommunication between County offices, Resolution 17374 was drafted with erroneous fiscal information, which must be corrected; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends the transfer necessary to correct this error; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Assessment Fund be and hereby is made:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 17374 dated September 21, 2010, be and hereby is rescinded.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
