Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to lease parking facilities for County employees; and,
WHEREAS, Dan Bunch Enterprises, Inc., desires to lease 68 spaces, ten (10) spaces in the South parking lot at 1512 Locust, and fifty eight (58) spaces in the North parking lot at 425 East Truman Road, at the total cost of $1,462.00 per month, or $17,544 per year; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Dan Bunch Enterprises, Inc., at a cost not to exceed $17,544; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
