This amendment shall be effective immediately. Rule 9 is amended to the revision of 9.15, to reads as follows: Personnel Rule 9.15 - Active Duty Associates called to active duty, active-duty training, and or inactive duty training in the National Guard or any reserve component of the armed forces of the United States shall be entitled to receive their county compensation for a period not to exceed one hundred and twenty hours in the period bound by law, October 1 through September 30, (the federal fiscal year). An associate may receive military leave only for hours that the associate would otherwise have worked and received pay.
