Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 21036, dated September 12, 2022, the County did award a ten-year contract for the furnishing of the Workday software system to meet the County's needs for software to process the County's day-to-day business activities, including accounting, procurement, budgeting, payroll, human resources management, and other critical County functions; and,

WHEREAS, by Resolution 21142, dated January 17, 2023, the County did award a twelve-month term and supply contract, with one twelve-month option to extend, for the furnishing of information technology project management services in support of the Workday implementation project to Remy Corporation of Denver, CO, under the terms and conditions of State of Oklahoma contract No. SW1025; and,

WHEREAS, the Workday implementation team has identified the need for additional project management resources available through Remy Corporation of Denver, CO, within the scope of the existing contract award; and,


WHEREAS, in order to fund the cost at these additional services, an appropriation is necessary; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made:
