Body
WHEREAS, certain emergency exit doors located at the Detention Center are in need of improvements using existing term and supply contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds needed for this purchase in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2017 Health Fund:
